1. Validity

Pocket Money Fun, trading as www.pocketmoneyfun.co.uk, reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

2. Pricing, Product Descriptions & Availability

All prices displayed on this web site are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of packing and delivery. Where images show complete party bags and party bag contents, this is for illustration purposes only. One party bag consists of one set of contents as described in the text. Many individual items come in an assortment of designs or colours where we select one at random and you may not receive the same item as illustrated in the picture. Where sizes of products are quoted these are only intended as a guide. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All products shown on the website should be in stock. In the unlikely event that items ordered are out of stock we will inform you by email or telephone offering you an alternative, a new delivery date or an opportunity to cancel the order.

3. Ordering, Payment Options and Contract.

Simply shop online placing the number of items you require into your trolley. Once you are satisfied that you have selected all the items you need, complete the purchase online. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. (Please call us on 08456 434 135 if you wish to pay via cheque). You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Once payment is successfully processed you will receive a second email confirming receipt of payment. This email also serves as official acceptance of your order.

4. Delivery Information

Orders received over the weekend or Bank Holiday will not be shipped until the next working day.
Standard delivery can take up to 5 working days to all mainland UK destinations and is at a fixed cost of £5.00 per order, usually by 2nd class Royal Mail. Pocket Money Fun has no control over Royal Mail and apart from receiving proof of despatch, tracking and guaranteeing delivery dates is not possible.
Priority Delivery is 1-2 working days and is at a fixed cost of £10.95 per order
We operate a FREE local delivery service from Ottershaw within a 7 mile radius and with orders over £5.00.  Please contact us on customerservices@pocketmoneyfun.co.uk to enquire if you are within this catchment area.
If you require a more urgent delivery than is offered please do contact us on customerservices@pocketmoneyfun.co.uk or call us on 08456 434 135.
We do deliver to off mainland destinations i.e. Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Eire, Northern Island, Isle of Wight and Scottish Isles. Select the shipping option, 'Off mainland UK. Expect emailed quote shortly'. We will weigh your order and quote you accordingly using Royal Mail charges.  We will also deliver outside of the UK to other countries but cannot guarantee the same delivery times as the UK.  If priority delivery is required for any items shipped outside of the UK then this will need to be requested at checkout.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return any part of it for a refund, less packing and delivery costs, within 7 days of receipt. You must email us on customerservices@pocketmoneyfun.co.uk or phone us on 08456 434 135 before sending items back stating the order number and the reason you are intending to return the goods. The goods must be complete and in original condition with labels attached and in the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you gain proof of posting. Once received and checked we will issue a refund via the original payment method. Please report any shortage within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Loss or Damage in Transit

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of receipt of our order acceptance, please let us know immediately on 01604 595537 or customerservices@pocketmoneyfun.co.uk and we will track the shipment. Should it prove to be lost we will reship as soon as possible as long as the loss has been reported within 10 days of ordering. If your shipment arrives damaged please inform us within 48 hours and we will arrange for a replacement shipment and the return of the damaged goods.

8. Safety

Please note that no items are suitable for children under 3 years old unless specifically stated. It is your responsibility to check the suitability of these items for the age of the children for whom you are purchasing.

9. Security

Our site has a 128 bit SSL Certificate. This means that when making purchases from our secure server your payment or personal information is translated into a secret and secure code (encrypted and decrypted).

10. Privacy policy

Any information you provide us so that we can satisfy your order and future orders as efficiently as possible is treated as strictly private. and any financial customer details (credit & debit card numbers) will not be stored. We do not pass on or sell any information to 3rd parties. We are registered as required by the Data Protection Act 1998.

None of this website may be stored or reproduced in any form whatsoever without the prior written consent of Pocket Money Fun

13. Governing law

These terms & conditions and any contract arising between you and Pocket Money Fun trading as pocketmoneyfun.co.uk are governed by English Law.
